Our People

A Client Sales Manager (CSM) is assigned to each client for the duration of their relationship with Extended Presence. Each CSM is highly skilled at working directly with clients to develop the appropriate sales and marketing strategies and individual campaign parameters. Additionally, the CSM is responsible for training, coaching, mentoring and managing the day to day activities for all sales and marketing professionals associated with their campaigns, and as such shall be educated on all pertinent products, services and client sales/marketing processes. Lastly, the CSM is the direct contact for each client, and is responsible for delivery of all client data, campaign management and issue resolution.

Extended Presence is not a telemarketing firm or call center. We only utilize experienced sales and marketing professionals, and continuously look for ways to educate, train, improve and advance our people. However, not every campaign requires the same skills or level of experience.

  • Our Core Group specializes in Account Profiling, Customized Contact List Development, Webinar and Event Registration/Attendance, and simple Lead Generation/Demand Generation
  • Our Premier Group specializes in solution selling focused Lead Generation/Demand Generation, Director and VP Level Prospecting, and Lead Nurturing

Extended Presence utilizes a hands-on approach to training and coaching each representative. We believe training starts with hiring the right individuals, with the appropriate sales and marketing background, and the initiative and ability to fit with in our Solution Selling & Activity Based Sales Methodology. Our representatives are trained to consult with prospects/clients in order to uncover their true pain points and solve real business issues. Each sales representative is closely monitored (by their sales manager) on their prospecting techniques, call metrics, navigating & networking skills, appointment setting and prospect qualifying skills (based on solution sales methodologies), client product/services knowledge, communications skills, closing techniques, and overall sales support efforts. At Extended Presence, sales training is an on-going and continuous effort in order to hone the skills of its professional representatives.

Our Process

At Extended Presence, we follow our proprietary Activity Based Sales Management Methodology and Solution Selling Techniques. Each Extended Presence Sales Representative is coached, managed, and trained according to our specified sales activity parameters. The activity and corresponding hard-metrics are the science-side of sales, especially when working in a virtual sales environment. The bulk of a persons performance can be judged against typical call results and metrics. By continuously analyzing the data and call metrics, we can adjust training and call strategy to maximize results; instantly adjusting sales tactics, improving sales training, coaching sales representatives more effectively, correcting product/services positioning, and reporting real-time weekly results.

We utilize best of breed integrated marketing strategies that include email marketing, thought leadership, 3rd party content value propositions, solution selling techniques, and advanced web applications to track, find and monitor strategic data.

Extended Presence can easily integrate our services with your existing CRM solution and customize data and lead pass options based on your specific needs. We utilize a proprietary lead generation and lead management solution for client campaigns. All client data can be easily uploaded and downloaded via MS Excel Spreadsheets, and is full compatible with transferring data from and to any CRM solution.

We track and measure ROI for every client, based on a number of critical factors:

  • Total number of leads (set appointments and/or sales opportunities) generated
  • Total % of sales ready leads to all leads developed
  • Cost per lead
  • Close rate
  • Total number of actual sales generated as a result of the campaign
  • Cost per sale
  • How much time and money was spent by the client
  • % of total budget spend allocated to the campaign
  • Total $ volume of sales generated annually during/following each campaign
